evening classes

Maze hill pottery has been running weekly evening classes for the past 10 years. These classes are aimed at local and London based people who wish to learn the techniques of studio pottery in a working pottery environment. We are able to offer excellent facilities, and a potters wheel for each of the 8 students that attend, the emphasis is on throwing, but there is plenty of opportunity to explore hand building techniques.

Lisa is currently in the process of setting up a new training studio in Devon. In her absence, I will be taking over the position of studio manager, and running the evening classes on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I would also like to start some weekend courses, running 2-day throwing workshops for more advanced students interested in increasing their skill level in a more intensive class. (Lunch would be provided)! If you are interested, please contact me so we can arrange some dates.

For new applicants, it is important to note that rollover students from current classes will receive priority placement. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for the remaining places, please let us know as soon as possible. Likewise, if you are interested in the winter courses, please contact us and we will endeavour to reserve a place for you.

If all the places are fill, we will run a Wednesday class as well.
