We are Brenda McAuliffe and Linda Henderson. We have both worked in healthcare for over 25 years. Both are experienced, qualified STAT Alexander Technique Teachers and trained Yoga teachers with over 30 years experience in teaching. We give one-to-one or group lessons, workshops, training courses and lectures/demonstrations, and also teach in schools, working with both children and teachers. We have extensive experience of working with musicians, performers and sports people. We are also qualified counsellors Dip.Couns. BAC (South London) and members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy .

LOCATION - we practice in Blackheath, Lee, Shooters Hill and areas of South East London. For yoga classes and workshops see the yoga page.
