to use a professional and discreet counselling service in Blackheath
and areas of South East London, 7 days a week."
What is Counselling?Counselling provides a safe confidential space for you to share and explore issues and concerns. The aim is to help clarify and bring a positive perspective to problems. It’s as if the counsellor accompanies the client on their personal journey. At the client’s pace we clarify and attempt to resolve together the problems that arise. The client is supported throughout the counselling process but encouraged to sit in the driving seat.
What Problems Can I Bring to Counselling? In a nutshell everything and anything! No problem is too small or too big to bring to counselling.

How Does it Work? The 3 C’s The counsellor offers a confidential, compassionate and creative non-judgemental space in which you feel you can talk freely about anything and everything that concerns you. Valuing the client we listen empathically, reflecting and clarifying negative or confused perspectives. Our core belief is exploration, challenge and action in all areas of personal/professional development. Experienced in Alexander Technique (body therapy) meditation and dreamwork we deal with complex, sensitive issues on physical, psychological and spiritual levels. Recovering and prizing the neglected aspects of ourselves buried in the unconscious can be a rich and rewarding experience in our journey towards wholeness. Our therapeutic aim above all is to help you feel good about yourself.
What is the Process? A phone call is required to set-up an assessment session for the client and counsellor to get to know each other. If the client feels comfortable with the counsellor, further appointments can be made. During successive sessions, the counsellor helps the client explore and identify recurring themes and patterns and let go of habitual negative patterns that bind us to our old self image. Finally, we help the client achieve their own personal and/or professional goals.
